Paragon Limited LLC's Second Home Management fee is determined by the location, square footage and any special requirements unique to you and your home. The monthly management fee includes a minimum of 5 security checks performed monthly. During the coldest months, home checks may be performed more frequently.

*Security Check - What we do each time we visit your home. Each security check is performed as a simulated home use:

Guest Services and Assistance:

Your guests may contact our office for concierge services and special requests.

Management of Contractor Services Requested by Homeowner:

• Bid Research for repairs, remodels, installations
• Coordination of Contractors
• Daily security checks during independent contractor services

Repairs and Home Improvements:

Performed by Paragon Limited maintenance department. Major repairs performed by preferred subcontractors.

After Hour Services:

Emergency Service or any service performed after Paragon Lodging business hours is billed at time and a half.

Housekeeping Services:

The same housekeeper will clean your home each time, to maintain quality control and ensure a meticulous clean. A price for a full clean will be customized to your home's specific needs. Supplemental cleaning with specific instructions is available. Billed at an hourly rate.

Laundry Services:

We have a full laundry facility at our office at 335 North Main Street. Your home laundry is done individually.

Trash Removal:

Trash will be removed to our office dumpster. Items may be taken to the county dumpsite or recycled at your request, subject to additional fees.

Snow Shoveling:

Performed on all walkways, decks, and patios with a snow accumulation of 3 inches or more.

Yard, Lot Care and General Services:

Mowing and weed removal We will use your (or our) preferred list of independent contractors for:
